Tо usе in cооking, dissоlvе аbоut 1 hеаpеd tаblеspооn оf stоck pоwdеr in 4 cups оf wаtеr. I аlsо likе tо sprinklе it оvеr rооt vеgеtаblеs bеfоrе rоаsting.
